The foam is quite abundant but falls quickly, the scent is herbal, a bit sweet, and has some metallic notes. The body is full, with minimal carbonation. The taste is malty and slightly fruity after a while. Bitterness spoils the overall effect, leaving chemical overtones. The alcohol is OK, but it warms the throat a bit. There are better strong beers.

Clear golden color with tan foam. Grain, malt, caramel, dried fruits aroma. Light bitter and average sweetness. Average body, even bit dry with lasting hoppy finish

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a lacing, off-white head. Malty nose with slightly perfumy hops. Surprisingly only medium body, carbonation to the soft side and a very smooth mouthfeel. Light caramel and biscuit, subtle hops and only a slight booziness. Surprisingly good. 280820

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts intense malty, spicy, modest dry. Light metallically notes. Finish could be more balanced. Okay.

Bottle, 0.50l, shared with my colleagues. Aroma of caramel, bread, nuts, honey and alcohol. Clear brown color with thin soapy off-white head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts with sweet caramel and mild roasted malt, following is nutty and a bit yeasty, mouthfeel is warm alcoholic, while finish is medium bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Could be better, but still pretty decent for the style...
