Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a burnt orange amber with bubble white head. Aroma is funky whisky, oak, wood, cheesy. Taste is a weird tart funky fruit, with sweet caramel malt backbone.

This one was destroyed by some sour notes that surely not was intended. Also a bit acidic. Infection maybe. Nice clear amber color with a fine off white head. Looks good. Balanced sweetness and a mellow carbonation level. Caramel malt, fruity and some yeast in the flavor.

18-04-18 // 500ml bottle shared. Unfiltered amber golden. Minimal bourbon nose. Taste is low carbonation sour. Definitely not what I expected. Probably not intended. Cherry flavours aswell.

0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! An unclear copper in the glass. Big foamy head. Caramell with whiskey smell. Taste starts with some citrus fruity sourness and caramell. Less but present whiskey, increasing in the second part. Also some bitterness. Not bad but I expected a little bit more.

50cl bottle from the brewpub. Malty dry beginning. Easy to drink with not much peat and no smoke. Hints of malty sweetness in the back, quite dry malty with a nice roasty bitterness. Not bad, but not many hints of whisky malt there.
