Bottle at home, from BD online whilst watching Wales vs England, 28/11/20. Hazed orange with a well presented white cap that retains well. Nose is funk, stewed fruits, peach yoghurt, hay bale, damp wood Taste comprises sharp peach esters, acidic bite, funk, apple core, barnyard note, wood must, vinous. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic rise. Solid sour .. surprised it doesn't score higher.

On tap at BrewDog York. Cloudy pale gold colour lasting white head. lactic peach yoghurt aroma. a modern sour. I mean its pleasant enough. but still where's the funk the farmyard the manure. sorry. need to get off my Belgian high horse. it's not as good as some of the other sours here. I'd rather have a peach yoghurt from Danone at work in the French canteen. ok.

Hapu, virsik, natuke hapet ka, higi. Lõpp on võrdlemisi vesine. Lihtne, aga halb ei ole.
