Welcome to the 1st beer of our brand new series! The 759 series is a showcase of New England IPAs featuring different hops and alcohol % in each brew. First up we have 7, a deceivingly easy drinking 7 per cent brew. True to style it has a restrained bitterness that lets the hop juices flow. With a hop line up of Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Azacca you can expect a big fruity burst of flavour. Orange and tangerine flavours are balanced beautifully with peach and mango and followed up with hints of pine and white grape. With a soft mouthfeel and hazy golden appearance this ticks all the boxes to kick off our new series in style.

440ml can at home. Pours an unclear orangey yellow, maybe not quite enough of a haziness to be top tier. Over carbonated, this should really be smoother. Dish soap aroma with melon and some pear. Flavour is more of the same with a bit of strawberry. Soft finish

Can at Bishops Arms, Linköping. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, hops and some grass. The same in the taste. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

Can from O'Brien's, Athlone [010418]
A3, N8, T7, P3, O13
Golden, light haze, bubbly head, not milky like a NEIPA
Aroma - Sweet citrus fruits, grapefruit, orange, mango, dab of apricot, nose better than taste
Taste - Citrus fruits, tropical fruits, grapefruit, orange, soft bitter zest, light sweet pale malts, easy drinking for abv but somewhat lacklustre (more 6.5)
Palate - Soft carb, medium body but a bit thin, fairly sweet, alcohol well hidden. Finish is sweet with soft bitter zest
Overall - Aroma is very good, but the flavour needs more oomph.
