De couleur acajou - et fort à parier un impact de l'hibiscus qui vire parfois au pourpre, col fin blanc-casé.
Arôme est frais avec un excellent rendu de la framboise dans son caractère arbuste, finement terreux, petite rondeur/douceur de gousse de vanille en retrait, le tout pour un funk assez léger. L'hibiscus perce moins qu'en bouche.
Palais est léger pour une bière à 8.5%, caractère acerbe, finement acidulé de la framboise, funk avec une amertume marquée des feuilles d'hibiscus - la vanille vient adoucir le tout sans pour cela être surfaite. Fini reste râpeux avec une framboise vive, fraîchement cueillie et ce côté terreux. Correcte, j'aurai peut-être aimé plus sans l'apport de la vanille - choix toujours ambigu quand les brasseurs partent sur une bière acidulée.

Bottle at home, 23rd October 2021. Pours a reddish and clear glass, big white head, pink tinge. Aroma is berry, raspberry, vanilla. Taste is tart raspberry, light vanilla, lots of berry juice. No sign of the abv, refreshing, some sharpness and a good one after my Nepalese curry

Cloudy pale red with a lasting pink head. Aroma of raspberry with funky and earthy notes. Sweetish and tart raspberry flavour with a touch of vanilla.

375ml bottle. Hazy, purple colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, pink-ish, off-white head. Funky and fruity aroma, notes of raspberry, raspberry pulp, some blueberry. Taste is mildly tart, fruity, slightly funky yeasty, notes of raspberry, some blueberry, subtle sweetness. Watery texture with somehow creamy basis, minimally astringent palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Good balance, very drinkable - pretty nice.

Bottle at home. Pours clear ruby, nose is raspberry, funk, cream, taste is tart berries, juicy, vanilla, grassy finish.

Bottle 375 ml, shared with Miro B, Max and Tomislav. Dark red, off white head. Intensive berries, juicy, some vanilla, bit sweetish, medium+ sourness. Medium bodied.

Lots of sweet and tart red raspberry jam, thick mouthfeel and nice mellow sourness. Really nice.
