Our youngest, a concentrate of freshness and lightness ... And organic in addition! It goes perfectly with a variety of floral syrups.

17/VIII/25 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ Carlos & Lieve’s Paella Day, BB: 28/VII/23 (oops!), bottled: 28/VII/21, MV62 2021 (2025-797)
GUSHER ALERT!!!
Pretty cloudy beige beer, big aery irregular white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, very oxidized, lots of orange peel, caramel touch. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet, very malty, lots of caramel malts, some marzipan, sweet, meh. Aftertaste: still rather sweet, honey, orange peel, soft acidity, oxidized, more orange peel, some almonds, decent but not great. I’ll be very mild on the scores, as I forgot about this beer after I fell seriously ill in ‘23.
