Meine Version von 2021 hat 8,4%. Dunkelbraune Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, säuerlicher, fruchtiger, weinartiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, säuerlich, weinartig, fruchtig nach Beerenobst. Hohe Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, voller Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Clear red brown beer, small creamy beige head, pretty stable, little adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty oxidized, vinegar, dirty, malty touch, caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sour, lots of vinegar, green apples, some citrus, malty touch. Aftertaste: very sour, bitter, some tannins.

[ As Alefried Oud Bruin ].Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, wood, berry, funky, sour berry - vineous. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, wood, berry, sweet malt, caramel, sour berry - vineous.
