Can from DT. Pours a deep brown to black with a finger of beige head that lingers. Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, vanilla and oak-y bourbon aromas dominate the nose. Same on the palate with vanilla, bourbon, oak and chocolate. So good.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours black with a light brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a nice vanilla with a growing bourbon and a note of bitter dark grain plus some light roast underlying. Flavor has strong roast and a nice vanilla with a growing smooth bourbon note in the finish.

2020 Can from Drafting Table. Pours a deep brown to black with a finger of brown foam that lingers. Big bourbon focused nose with some light vanilla and dark malt as it warms. Good body with warming bourbon that lingers and vanilla underneath. Warming finish with more vanilla, dark malt, coffee and cacao flavors.
