Das Allersheimer Pils ist das beliebteste Bier der Brauerei Allersheim. Streng nach dem Reinheitsgebot gebraut, sorgen das weiche Brauwasser, die traditionelle Rezeptur und das schonende Brauverfahren für eine komplexe Geschmacksfülle. Exotische Früchte, voran leichte Zitrusnoten werden im Duft wahrgenommen. Auf der Zunge zeigen sich florale Aromen gepaart mit dunklen Honigtönen. Der gut eingebundene Hopfen regt zum Weitertrinken an.

0,33 l bottle from Getränke Quelle, Bad Münder. Clear golden in the glass, more than one finger white head, lively carbonation. Grassy grainy smell with some citrus. Taste starts with a grainy bitterness, some citrus. Increasing dry malt bitterness and straw in the second part. Thin texture and a little bit cardboardy.

Clear pale golden colour, fair frothy white head, good retention. Aroma sweet malts, grainy, vegetables, hay. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy, bit metallic, peppery notes. Grainy sweetbitter aftertaste, paper, lingering peppery notes. Medium body, oily texture, almost decent pilsner.
