Das Allersheimer Pils ist das beliebteste Bier der Brauerei Allersheim. Streng nach dem Reinheitsgebot gebraut, sorgen das weiche Brauwasser, die traditionelle Rezeptur und das schonende Brauverfahren für eine komplexe Geschmacksfülle. Exotische Früchte, voran leichte Zitrusnoten werden im Duft wahrgenommen. Auf der Zunge zeigen sich florale Aromen gepaart mit dunklen Honigtönen. Der gut eingebundene Hopfen regt zum Weitertrinken an.

Bottle. Pale golden, heavily carbonated, big white head. Citric and light sour hay aroma. Lightbodied, watery on the palate. Cookie-malt, low pH, herbal faltering hops, dry finish, hayish aftertaste.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a dense medium-sized foamy white head. The aroma is a bit anonymous: slightly sweet pale malty and shy biscuity nose with a tinge of herbal hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dry (almost completely fermented/hochvergoren) pale malt character with subtle grainy spots and present herbal hops; moderately bitter hoppy, slightly chalky finish. Clean and decent German Pils. 28.I.10

Bottle 33cl. @ [ Fastelavns Tasting Ulfborg ].Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090221]
