The distinct aroma and flavours from Juniper berries, together with Amarillo hops, makes this beer a pale ale like no other. It has a nice floral citrussy aroma and a lingering bitter spicy aftertaste.

Keg at The Fat Cow, Bangkok. Almost clear deep golden, mid sized head. Spicy, floral nose. Dry with solid body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with grassy spices and notes of salty juniper berries. Distinct bitter finish. Nice.

Bottle at the Fat Cow, Lat Phrao, Bangkok. Poured a hazy light golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus, floral juniper hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a crisp, fresh, malty, light fruity, mineral, herbal, dry floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Nicely refined. Perfect for the local climate and very sessionable.
