Deze traditionele tripel is niet gemaakt met koriander maar met Triticale, een kruising van tarwe en rogge, geteeld in Laren door de Stichting Oude Landbouwgewassen (SOLL). De Triticale geeft het bier een mooie ronde smaak. Maar pas op hé; met ruim 9% een gevaarlijke, kleine Gooische moordenaar.

Sampled at Brabants Bierfestival 2026, Oirschot. Unclear yellow color, medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, decently fruity, pleasant initial flavor, not that herbal or grainy. Quite refreshing. Solid. 7-7,5-7,5-8-7,5

Bottle from De Zwaan Maastricht. Clearcgold colour thin white bubbles. Yep not a bad trupel. Its got the requisite fruits sweet tangerine and grapefruit but its also quote hoppy on the finish. A little boozy maybe. OK though. Good fruit especially the orange spice.

Geprobeerd op het Brabants Speciaalbier Festival in Oirschot met LiekevdV, Inoven, Roelzie en Benzai. Het is een troebel goudgeel bier met een dun wit schuim. Het heeft een aroma van mout en gist. De smaak is gist achtig en droog in de afdronk.

Tap at Arendsnest, 19th June 24. Pours a clear golden. Aroma is yeasty, hoppy, light aromatic. Taste is sweet, yeast, aromatic and hoppy. Nice and authentic tripel

Thuis uit een flesje, gekregen van Caroline. Diepe oranje kleur, weinig wit schuim. Aroma wat caramel. Frisse smaak, kruidig, wat bitterheid in de nasmaak. Goede tripel, wel oppassen met het percentage, je haalt de 9% er niet uit. Blijven nippen, niet klokken!

Fles gedronken tijdens verjaardag. Amberkleurig bier, licht troebel met stevig schuim dat als een film blijft liggen. Aroma van citrusvruchten en hop. Smaak van sinaasappel, framboos en mandarijnen. Nasmaak is iets bitter.
