Deze traditionele tripel is niet gemaakt met koriander maar met Triticale, een kruising van tarwe en rogge, geteeld in Laren door de Stichting Oude Landbouwgewassen (SOLL). De Triticale geeft het bier een mooie ronde smaak. Maar pas op hé; met ruim 9% een gevaarlijke, kleine Gooische moordenaar.

Tap at Arendsnest, 19th June 24. Pours a clear golden. Aroma is yeasty, hoppy, light aromatic. Taste is sweet, yeast, aromatic and hoppy. Nice and authentic tripel

Thuis uit een flesje, gekregen van Caroline. Diepe oranje kleur, weinig wit schuim. Aroma wat caramel. Frisse smaak, kruidig, wat bitterheid in de nasmaak. Goede tripel, wel oppassen met het percentage, je haalt de 9% er niet uit. Blijven nippen, niet klokken!

Fles 33cl thuis. Fruitig, zuurtonen, wat rogge, suikers, vanilletonen, vrij zacht, redelijk koolzuur, zoetig. (5-11-2023).

Fles gedronken tijdens verjaardag. Amberkleurig bier, licht troebel met stevig schuim dat als een film blijft liggen. Aroma van citrusvruchten en hop. Smaak van sinaasappel, framboos en mandarijnen. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

Donkergeel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet met iets van vanille, banaan en sinaasappel.

10/VIII/20 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ Filip’s place, BB: 30/IV/22 (2020-753)

Clear orange beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, oxidized, ripe banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, lots of banana, bit sweet, caramel touch, alcohol, some coriander. Aftertaste: malty, lots of ripe banana, bit sweet, lots of alcohol.
