Brewed for our friends at Circle Cinema for the first screening of the film The Lodge. Brewed with 35% rice and fermented cold with our house lager yeast. Dry hopped heavy-handedly with New Zealand Waimea and Polish Junga hops. They had gone on vacation and left the melon on the counter. The lemonade spilt on the leather interior and baked in the August heat. The persimmons had fallen after the first freeze and began to warm with a new day’s sun.
