Cask @ The Rising Sun, Berkhamsted. Fresh smooth beginning. Lots of floral fresh hops, earth, hints of citrus, wood. Nice earthy perfumed bitterness, great choice of hops. The body is mild with not much bitterness and moderate sweetness. Fantastic hops over all lying. Great!

Cask at XT Brewery beer club members night, Thursday 8th September 2016 Ok hands up ⬆ never got chance to take many notes as I supped this as Russ’ brewer came over to chat with us. However I recall it being reasonably hoppy, bittersweet leaning towards a shandy sweetness, are Radlers usually over 5%? Anyway it’s pretty good. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3
