17/12/2019. Bottle courtesy of Gabriel. 5.5% abv. Pours dark brown, with an average size foamy/creamy off-white to beige head. Nice looking beer. Aroma of toffee, malt, chocolate, nut, molasses, touch of coffee, liquorice and lactose. Medium plus sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, bit above average carbonation. Developed a bit of metallic bitterness to finish. Looking at some other reviews I'd say there must have been some earlier infected bottles out there as this was quite drinkable.

Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks interesting. Beer in the glass dark black, nice head. Starts fine malty, roasty, light sourish. Mild bitter background. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable. Nice!

*Bottle from Craft Beer Kontor, Hannover. Charge 125, MHD 02.10.16. Nice brown in the glass with a nice chocolate roasted nose. The beer starts chocolaty and smooth, roasted grain, only hints of fruity sourness in the back. The chocolate grain is dominating, not too sweetish, drinkable but I miss the depth a bit. The aftertaste is chocolate-malty with some refreshing sourish hints that make it highly drinkable. Nice.

0,33 l bottle. Charge 120, BB 16.09.16. Pours out black with a nearly two finger tanned head. Little bit strange on the nose. Old dried sweaty clothes out of a vinegar barrel with a fruity background. Taste starts dry grainy with a fruity sourness. Dull acid sharpness. Abortive!

330ml bottle. Cloudy, darkest brown colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Sour-ish, grainy aroma, hints of sauerkraut, fungoid hints of dust, horse dung, a brimstone-like touch of matches, burnt grain. Taste is sour-ish, metallic, hints of sauerkraut, a grainy, minimally chocolatey roasty touch in the background that may represent the actual idea behind this ignoble concoction. An unrivalled effrontery to fill this liquefied skunk mesentery in bottles and sell it as approximatively esculent.
