Bottled@Littlepub, Vaasa. Deep reddish brown colour with a small off-white foamy head,which lasts for a good while. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate,some toffee, sweet malts and mild ripe fruits.Flavour is quite similar, but also has a slight alcohol edge to it. Nice grassy and roasted notes in the finish.

Advertized as imperial red rye ale Smell-weak to medium, acidic, bread, malt and some other stuff added in it. Foam-thin, weak sourness and hops with bitter notes. Bunch of hops. Head is small, creamy orange, brown, white color, like some chocolate milk drink with other stuff in it, kind of appealing... Sticks to sides too. It also reminds me of foam color what dirty water has in hot summers... Appearance - simple red bottle cap, but nice bottle design with brick wall and 1984 on it so in total does gather 3 points here. Hazy dark brown color, weak carbonation. From - snifter Taste - malt, a lot of hops, bitterness, alcohol is actually very calm here. There is some roast, and other tastes but hops do hit hard here and it is a bit too much for my comfort. Guess its drinkable, but not my style.

0,33l bottle from Pie Karlīnes, dāvanu veikals, Cesis, Latvia. Clear mid brown beer with medium head. Aroma has roasted malts and rye bread. Flavor has roasted malts, sour, bitter and dry hops. Also some herbal notes. Medium body and average carbonation. Quite dry and bitter, woody overall.

330ml bottle. Poured a hazy amber colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, toffee caramel malt, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate sweet with a crisp, malty, sweet toffee, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, red-brown colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish, slightly sugary, caramel malty and citrusy, resinous, hoppy aroma, notes of orange, mandarine, grapefruit. Taste is mellow malty, minimally nutty, bitter and resinous, minimally citrusy hoppy, hints of grapefruit and lemon, some orange and mandarine; lingering, crisp, bitter and citrusy hoppy finish.

Bottle 330ml. @ Little Pub, Hovioikeudenpuistikko 17, Vaasa, Finland 65100. [ As Malduguns / Zagovor 1984 ].ABV: 9.4%. Clear medium to dark amber - brown - red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, sweet malt, rye, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, frutiy hops, orange, rye, sweet malt, light pine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180705] 7-3-7-3-15

Pours dark copper red. Good white, creamy head. Smell is amber malt, dense, tad hoppy, bit pine. Like an older DIPA, without the oxidation. Taste is sharp, bitter, faded hoparoma, tad pine. Well balanced malty base, some caramel malts, bit toasty bread as well from the amber malts. Nice beer indeed. Bitter aftertaste. Thick mf, and medium to medium low Carbo. Tastes like a tad older, malty DIPA to me.
