Sample from 33 cl bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Tart fruity aroma with pineapples, salty notes, lemons and wheat malts. Taste is light sour. Medium bodied. Tart fruity finish. Nice.

Keg at Mikkeller Bar, Bangkok. Hazy pale golden, small head. Mildly sourish, funky nose with some pineapple. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Salty and fruity. Pineapple and sour papaya. Mid bitter finish.

Tap at Mikkeller Ari, Bangkok. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is yeast, fresh pineapple. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a fresh crisp, slightly light and watery, biscuit dough yeast, pineapple citrus palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Fresh, fruity and not too sour. Somewhat sessionable in the Asian heat.
