Medium dry apple cider la‘COLVERT is characterised by a balanced taste and yellowish amber colour. It can be used as an aperitif. It is perfectly combined with meat dishes, is suitable for cheeses with pronounced flavour, sweet and sour dessert. The best properties of cider are revealed when it is served chilled to 8–12°C. It is recommended to pour a small amount of cider into the glass, so the cider will stay cold for a long time and keep the intense and delicate apple flavour.

750ml bottle as La ‘Colvert Craft Edition. Pours pale yellow with no head. Aroma is apple sweets and apple juice. Taste is medium sweet, apple gummy sweets. Light sour finish. Typical sweet Baltic cider.

Butelka niczym cydr z Normandii, ale to tylko ladne opakowanie bo wyglad plynu jest inny, jasny, slomkowy i klarowny, malo pianki nagazowanie srednie, w smaku delikatne troche jak soczek jablkowy lub orenzada, za slodki. Butelka ladna ale do smaku nie pasuje. Litwa to nie Normandia i nie Bretania czy Asturia ale fajna ciekawostka i marketiigowa butelka. Na lato ok ale bez cukru bym wolal.

75cl bottle from a Russian shop in Wuppertal. Bright white in colour with hints of yellow. The cider starts very sweetish with hints of nice fruity apples. Very sweetish-appley, highly carbonated. Smooth and fresh, nearly too sweetish. The aftertaste are sweetish and ripe apples, more sweet than tart but round.
A bit too sweet for me.
