Gweilo Pilsner is a refreshingly modern take on a classic style. A late addition of Hallertau gives a unique floral and fruity aroma. This works in harmony with the pilsner malt base and crispness from the yeast, creating a vibrant, crushable beer.

On tap at JiBiru, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite fruity, with cereal notes and graininess. Flavour is dry, with cereal malts, some grass, and a subtle fruity character. Highly drinkable and refreshing.

Very pale golden color. Light crisp mouth with a fair amount of fruitiness. Easy drinking and low medium bitterness. Not really a true pilsner but it would work in the HK heat

Can at BeerFest Asia, X Edition. Poured a clear golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is malt, floral woody hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light, watery, light citrus, dry floral hop bitter palate and a long floral bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
