Very light in colour. The pure combination of pears and apples starts very dry with lots of aroma. Spices, fruity apples. Hints of cinamon and clove! Great Light in body, quite dry with tart and bitter hints, fresh-fruity. The aftertaste is long, bitter tart, some tannins, fruity with nices spices there. On the tongue remains something like "Bratapfel"-aroma. Fascinating!
