Piccolo from the website. Clear pale yellow color with white head that goes down quickly and visible champenoise carbonation. Aroma is vanilla, nice naturally sweet pears, pear gelee, some hay-ish floral funk, but overall quite clean. Taste is great medium-sweet pears, floral, almost white grapes indeed, some minerals, nice depth, just a tiny touch of tannins, almost a bit warming in the back. Champenoise carbonation. Very good Poiré, though it does have a bit of a heaviness due to the alcohol content.

Frisch-fruchtiger Geruch. Mild-weicher Antrunk. Sehr trocken, aber noch fruchtig-mild mit leichter Restsüße. Frisch und spritzig. Nicht übertrieben birnig, eher schon in Richtung weißer Trauben. Der Nachgeschmack ist mittelsüß und lang anhaltend. Frisch-spritzig, trocken-süßlich und toll ausgewogen. Sehr lecker!
