Bottle looks simple but okay. Gusher! Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts mild, dry, malty, more and more wheaty and moldy. Light sweetish background. Finish more balanced, wheaty-malty. Okay.

Blonde session beer from the Vosges region with a very thick, stable, dense, yellowish white head and ochre blonde colour, cloudy from the start, with fierce carbonation sustaining the head. Aroma of overripe peach, banana, wet straw, honey, butterscotch, cardboard, tomato but unfortunately also a strange, outright stinking chemical smell reminiscent of ammonia and a faint hint of H2S (rotten egg). Taste begins sweetish, even a tad sugary, fruity, soft bready maltiness with sharp, mineral-like carbo, yeasty and powdery mouthfeel, finish yeasty with grassy hop bitterishness but retronasally there is that awful ammonia again, ruining the entire beer. Saison-like indeed, but the obvious flaws make it very hard to enjoy, could have been a lot better without those off-putting chemical aromas. Drain pour - and leaving a shock because after thousands of beers, this is the first one I had the displeasure of finding ammonia in.

Thanks to ThirstyBird for sharing! The beer is slightly sour in the nose. It starts highly carbonated, a bit like bubblegum. More like a Belgian Saison. The mainpart is slightly sour, a bit fruity, slightly malty and only very little bitter. Funky. The aftertaste is long, a bit sweeter, very smooth. Just like a Saison.

Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, hay, and a bit of malt, leading to a dry lemony finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a small white head. Fruity and lightly yeasty nose. Medium body, has an initial sweetness that is relieved by a slght tartness and some semi-rotten fruit. Very lively carbonation. Soft, dryish finish. 260713
