Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm consumed at home Sunday 2nd April 2023, cooking Biryani with Stuffed Morels, will listen to Bob Vylan - Presents The Price of Life Cacti. Pours hazy dark amber with a large white head, nice bite, intially a little bit of sweetness but then a tang, nice dark wheat, fruity, wheaty tang. Good.

Hazy light brown. Aroma is yeast, orange, clove, light melasses. Taste is yeasty with some sweet melasses and some fruits. Quite full bodied with some complexity. Good stuff!

Einfach toll!

Bottle. Hazy, brown, very stable off-white head. Dried dark fruits over a wheat-malty and a sourish-yeasty background. Mild to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft MF. Increasing acidity in the fruity-yeasty and malty, too, finish. Not unpleasant........

(bottle) Cloudy, chestnut-brown colour with a big and firm, light-beige foamy head. Yeasty, moderately sweet and wheaty banana-fruity nose, slightly ashy with clovy spice. Mildly sweet flavour, slightly toasted malty and moderately wheaty taste with soft fruity notes; rather light bodied with a medium carbonation; sweet and slightly sour-fruity, minimal toasty finish. Just okay; a beer without bigger ups and downs (04.05.08).
