Beerito is a light bodied, amber Mexican lager brewed with premium German and Colorado sourced craft malts and featuring a crisp accent from noble hops. The mouth feel is incredibly smooth with flavors of walnut, toasted bread, plum, honey and cocoa - 4% ABV doesn't always come with this kind of character.

Bottle from a Lazy dog. Deep amber almost copper in color with a huge bubbly off white head that persists forever. Spicy floral on the nose with bits of cereal. Somewhat sweet flavor with a light graininess. hints of toasty almost sweet bread. Light earthy mineral and faint hops to counter. Not a bad drinker, not sure I’d buy it again though.

Clear amber with a fluffy white head that falls quickly. Sweet malt aroma. The flavor is clean and malty. Decent Vienna.

Draught @ Milk and Hops - Chelsea. Clear dark amber with small frothy light beige head, high carbonation, faint malt aroma, light caramelized malt taste, smooth body, abrupt finish. Nice for a lager, though more like an amber.

On tap at Conservatory. Pours a clear yellow gold with small white frothy head that lasts. The aroma is grass and yeast. Medium mouth, grass, lemon, yeast, light finish, decent.

12oz can. A pretty solid Vienna. Medium bodied with some pleasant doughy, caramel tones. Has a great balance. Quality ingredients put it on a different level than Mexican Lager. Steady, long lasting beige/off-white head. Solid offering, Nails it.

Pours clear mahogany into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Dark caramel and lime aromas. Dry with sweet caramel and mild citrus upfront. Lasting mung finish.

Grunt fill from Albertsons. Clear, copper body with one finger airy head. Aroma and taste are straight up Vienna, nice and malty. Finishes sticky and syrupy.

12 ounce can from Uptown. Pours a amber color with a medium white head. A light grainy nose. Toast, corn, some fruity core aspects. A sort of harsh adjunct filled flavor that reminds me of high school. Not terrible. Very drinkable.

Pour is a clear tan with a huge tan head. Aroma is a biscuit malt. It’s not much but it’s there. Flavor is a more of the dry bready malt. I get more of the malt flavor after the swallow than when you first take a drink. For what this is, it’s OK. Pretty light all around so nothing I really need again.

26th April 2016, Taco Tuesday in a Dana Point (California) Mexican restaurant; 16oz draft pour. Good dark amber body, thin head. Malty start and finish with a hop bite in the middle, too cold for any aroma to be found but overall I thought this OK.
