Our Mango Even Keel is the ideal beer for easy drinking. This hoppy, session ale gets a flavor boost from mango, which perfectly plays off the citrusy hop bouquet. With fruit, hops, and a low ABV, this beer truly is on another level.

Can drunk 10/16/16.
Light golden-amber with a small, white head atop showing moderate retention.
Mango is dry in the nose with biscuit and vanilla-like maltiness behind it. Soft, peppery and lightly citric hops don’t produce any resin, thankfully. Orange rind, canteloupe and light honey, with green, leafy notes, as well. Clean, with no alcohol.
Mango seems a bit out of place, to me, perhaps because it’s a bit dry/stale/artificial tasting. Certainly have seen much worse fruit treatment, but there’s not much here to get terribly excited about. Lemon-orange-lime and leafy, green hop notes provide moderate bitterness atop biscuity, dry malt notes. Peppery carbonation and no alcohol or flaw.

On tap at Darby's Kits, pours a clear copper golden with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out lots of juicy fresh mangoes, though it's a bit muted. Flavour confirms this, bringing out a fair degree of muted fresh mangoes, lots of perfumey notes, and seltzery like finish. Too perfumey spritzy. It's okay.

Sample at SBWF 2016. Clear dark golden with a white head. Fresh with a lot of mango. Also some caramel and hints of hay. Light and sweet. A refreshing one.

Draught at Darby’s Gastown, Vancouver
Blond color, clean. Fruit candy aroma, dry mouthfeel, decent dry malt flavor, but again it has a quite fake fruit taste (is it even supposed to be mango?) and it ends with chicory bitterness.
I’m not impressed.

Mightve been better if the mango wasn’t so dominant. Finish is a weird bitter mango.

Draft at Ballast Point. Golden color. Aroma has citrus hops, tropical fruit and mango. Fruity taste of mango, citrus hops, malt and a bitter finish. Tasty.

Can. A- Mangoes. A- Copper orange color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Unripe mango, subtle grass, mild bitterness. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Possibly the best session I’ve had. Loved it. Right amount of mango and very crushable. Now I want them to make a Pineapple Even Keel. This is real mango too. Not some sweet artificial flavor so some may not like this.

On tap at St. Augistine’s. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Aroma is very pleasant, brings out lots of sweet fruity and berries notes. Taste is pretty the same character with tropical fruits bitterness. Very good.

$2.10 can from Wine Warehouse. Pours clear light amber with a good-sized peach head. Aroma of mango heaven... light green leaves as well. Taste is not sweet - mango is definitely in there, but so is bread crust, citrus peel, pineapple juice. Good, not outstanding.
