Our Mango Even Keel is the ideal beer for easy drinking. This hoppy, session ale gets a flavor boost from mango, which perfectly plays off the citrusy hop bouquet. With fruit, hops, and a low ABV, this beer truly is on another level.

Poured from a 12 oz can. Aroma is initially rather hop forward with moderate citrus and some lighter tropical fruit and pine resin. Medium light cracker malt notes with a touch of biscuit. As the beer opens up you pick up a lot more mango juice. Pours a fairly clear copper orange with a medium small, moderately thick, white head that very slowly recedes to the edges. Medium lacing and no legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a moderate cracker and biscuit note. Medium bitterness with some medium light hop notes. Hop notes are citrus and pine resin with some lighter tropical fruit. Moderate to moderately strong mango juice. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Medium low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an interesting beer, but I think the mango is a bit too strong, and while I assume it?s just mango juice it has an artificial character to it. Lots of flavor and very sessionable.

Can from Hoboken Vine. Clear golden orange color with a thin sheet of beige head. Mango aroma, bit of hops. Bitter flavor, bit of fruity sweetness, not much malt presence at all. Kinda thin, but pretty solid overall. Finishes dry.

Multiple cans the last few days. Poured a hazy amber color with a small white head. Aroma was a lot of mango juice, like fruit juice. Light citrus notes. Flavor had lots of mango character. Light malt character. This is really easy to drink. Tasty.

12 oz can thanks to the fine folks at Heritage Meats. Aroma is pretty much all mango with the slightest suggestion of caramel malt character. Pours clear deep gold with a thick off-white head with great retention that laces a bit. Taste is medium-high bitter backed by some Red Vines-like candy sweetness, along with the ever present mango flavor. Mouthfeel is thin and watery, which is to be expected at this ABV. This is tasting pretty good right now. Would taste even better in the hot sun. Another victory for Constellation in their attempt at the wine coolerization of craft beer.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Trader Joe’s. Aroma is strong spruce, citrus and mango (like a mango Life Saver). Appearance is clear amber with trace sparkle, finger-width fizzy white head with poor retention and trace lacing. Taste is mix of sweet mango/citrus and mildly bitter spruce. Palate is light bodied with thin, bubbly texture and mix of sweet and bitter dry finish. Overall, certainly light and sessionable. A little too much mango and too little of everything else but decent.

On draught at Hills Market. The beer is a clear bright orange color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of mango, hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of sweet melon, grassy hops and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a subtle mango and hops aftertaste. Decent overall.
