Tasting at Oakes' Manor, bottle
Cloudy blond colour. The aroma is quite funky, Strong yeast flavour, mostly harsh and astringent, it's quite the dirty beer.

750ml at Josh's roof. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: fruity, nice funk, a bit sweet, some honey. Taste: along the same lines, a bit dry and soapy. Overall: pretty good.

Cloudy, quite pale. Thin head. On the nose, fairly sulphury with a light bit of florals as well. On the palate, it's light-bodied, with a hint of floral honey notes, a fair bit of yeast, too. Sweet.

Cloudy gold with a frothy white head. Light funk and some lemon peel. Delicate and light with a touch of funk and a clean finish. Solid.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma reveals a nice rustic saison yeast character, with fermented out honey, and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast, some brett, fermented out honey, and crisp biscuity notes. Crisp, rustic and slightly funky. This is very good.
