Majo is the Spanish slang term for nice, and boy is this IPA nice! For our first-time using Idaho 7 we created a nice soft body using plenty of oats, wheat and dextrin malt to showcase what these hops are truly capable of. Next, we went to town on the dry hop. Expect a complex hop profile full of tropical fruits, pine, and citrus.
