Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but okay. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts quite malty, moldy, soapy, some bready-sweet notes. Typical non alcohol taste. Finish could be more balanced. Okay.

Malzig-getreidiges Bier. Recht süßlich alkoholfrei. Kaum Herbe, mild-brotig mit typisch alkoholfreiem aber nicht zu penetranten Nachgeschmack.

Bottled@Bruch’s No 1, Saarbrücken. Golden colour, mediumsized slightly off-white head. aroma is grainy, herbal, grassy and some mild cardboardy notes. Flavour is grassy, grainy, cardboardy and leaves a very earthy aftertaste.

33 cl bottle @ Bruchs No.1, Saarbrücken. Aroma has carboard and some malt. Also hints of plastic. Flavour has cardboard, wet paper, harsh maltiness and mild mint tones. Not good.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, cereal cereal, bread, grain. Ugh ! Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, cardboard, cereal. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20110206]
