Mit einer an Honig und Orange erinnernden satten Farbe kommt unser Weizen als Bock daher. Der Helle Weizenbock präsentiert sich mit einer natürlichen Bananen-Note und spritzigem Geschmack, was diese Spezialität besonders süffig macht. Durch die Verwendung der Hopfensorten „Hallertauer Tradition“ und „Hallertauer Amarillo“ aus gleichnamiger Gegend, dem größten deutschen Hopfenanbaugebiet, kommt eine zusätzlich leichte, fruchtige Note im Geschmack dazu. Mit feinporigem und samtweichem Schaum ein Genuss für jeden.

Bottle, orange beer, small head. Aroma is malt, dough, biscuit, yeast. Taste is the same, sweet, bitter, yeast, malt, light caramel. Not bad

Bottle from Erzengel - Cheers ! 🍻 Tight white head stayed on a cloudy vivid gold body. Fruity aroma with banana. Medium bodied, smooth & creamy with a tingle on the back. Banana, bread, spices, sherry, light malt & confectionery tastes. Excellent!

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts milder than exspected, yeasty-malty, not too dry. Some fruity notes of banana. Some notes of pear. Finish mild, almost a bit washy. Okay.

Süßer, hefig kräutriger Beginn. Die Süße bleibt konstant, zunehmend bananig, minimale Herbe. Konstant, zu süß, unsüffig. Mit der Zeit deutlich nach Nelke, dunkler, etwas herber Abgang. Noch okay. 9/7/8/8/12/8

75cl bottel. Smooth and mild beginning. Fruity grainy, mild. The yeast is soft and smooth. Mild and fruity, easy to drink with a nice and creamy yeasty finish. Nice one.

75cl bottle. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sweet banana, phenols and yeast. Taste of sweet banana and sweet wheat malt phenols and yeast. Too sweet.

Big thank you to Erzengel for this 0,75 l bottle. Thanksfully I have a Weizenglas that contains the whole amount of this beer. Hazy dark copper with an huge nearly three finger long lasting frothy head. Intensive fruity, banana, chewing gum, clove, wheat. Taste has also these elements plus increasing orange and wheat. Very sweet and thins a little bit out to the end. Maybe it needs more abv.
