Mit sieben verschiedenen Malzen gebraut, ist dieses untergärige schwarze Bier sehr mild und rund im Antrunk. Im Abgang entsteht ein sehr malziger Geschmack. Passt besonders zu hellem Fleisch, Wild oder Süßspeisen. Auch gut als Aperetiv oder Digestiv geeignet.

330ml bottle sent to me as part of a Secret Santa swap. Pours hazed dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: malt & caramel. The taste was unfortunately dominated by a sour note that wasn't intended. Medium bodied with tight carbonation

33cl bottle. A clear orange brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of mid sweet caramelized malt and nuts. Taste of sweet nutty malt, caramel. Nice.

Nice caramelly parts. Moderate bitter, refreshing with roasted dry parts. Hazelnuts, roasted caramel, moderate bitter with nice dark roast in the back.
