Always the first to the bar whether it was rugby tour, cricket tour, beer festival or just an evening in the local, K was incredibly sociable; he bore no grudges and would sample beer with anyone. K was very proud of his Irish roots which is why we’ve called it an Irish Pale Ale. We’re not trying to be big or clever by inventing a new beer style.

Gravity poured half-pint on 26th Aug 2015 at the Peterborough Beer Festival. Golden pour with a white topping. Hops rule the nose and flavour with the malts a poor second. Not as bitter as you might imagine by my first few utterings, just very hoppy throughout (but not in a US West Coast sort of way).

@Indyman - Hazy dark blond. No head. Aroma and flavour have lots of orange citrus peel. Quite this and watery.
