Our flagship pale, and our most famous beer. Moonshine has been in production since way back in 1996, when our brewery led the path to America to experiment with hops never before seen in the UK. More than 20 years down the line and Moonshine is still a firm favourite across the board. Hopped with Willamette, Delta, Citra, Chinook & Centennial - this is a beautifully well balanced pale perfect for any occasion. Multi award winner and Bronze medal winning Golden Ale at the Champion Beer of Britain Awards 2018.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 28/1/08. Gold coloured with a slight white head. Some grassy hops and sweetness in the aroma. Slightly thin mouth feel with a touch of sweet malt and a short hoppy finish. An ok golden ale.

Cask at GBBF 2006. A yellow beer with a rim of beige head. The aroma is sweet flowery combined with notes of citrus fruits - especially grapefruit. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of flowers and grass as well as light notes of grapefruit.
