Dark golden colour. Aroma and taste are dry and woody with white wine/sharp apple tartness.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 22/11/09. Deep gold with a slight white head. Aroma of biscuit malts, with some green gages and earthy hops. Flavour was much the same with a decent bitter finish. Enjoyable.
