Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy, washed out orange. Ring of lasting, white head. Nose has sourdough bread. Lemon rind. Lime zest. Some orange flesh. Taste is light, lactic sour, with plenty of lime and lemon rind zestiness. A little saline. A trace of sweetness. Mouth cleansing palate. Light body. Fine fizz. Tangy sweet and sour finish. Best sour I’ve had from this brewer, I think.
