Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è ricca e il modo in cui permane è pregevole. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza e termina con merletti. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è pulito e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di caramello, miele, cereali e agrumi.

Copper colour with lacy head. Aroma and flavour have some spicy notes. Quite sweet. Orange peel and cinnamon.

Tap @Bir&Fud in Rome. Amber dark clear pretty bright with amberish foam. Nose: really sourish spicy, herbs, sweet hints of caramel. Mouth: easy going not mirroring the crazy nose, thin amberish abbey Dubbel mouthfeel.
