Our first brew and one that was born out of our quest for uncompromising quality. A wonderfully golden session ale with fresh malt and hop aroma, leading to a satisfying bitter finish. Maris Otter dominates the malt bill, backed by heaps of Cascade and Centennial hops.

Cask @ London Craft Beer Festival 2014. Pours a yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak citrus hoppy weak grassy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy finish.

Cask. Hazy orange with a medium head. Aroma is nutty citrus malt. Flavour is sweet malt, nut and honey on a smooth finish.

Cask (Euston Tap, London) - Golden with a slight haze and a white head. Passion fruit, lychees and grapefruit in the aroma. Hoppy and fairly dry taste with notes of grapefruit, peach, lemon and passion fruit.

Cask at Sheffield Tap; clear straw yellow pour with a thin bubbly white head, malt aroma, taste has lemon, biscuity malts.

Cask at the Belgrave Music Hall. Pours pale gold, thin white head. Light honey sweet aromas, light citrus. Taste is light bitter, some caramel. Medium body, light sweet finish. Decent.

Cask (handpump) @ York Tap, Tea Room Square, Station Road, York, North Yorkshire, England YO24 1AB.Clear medium yellow amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, caramel, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130121]
