Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, cloudy golden color. Aroma is strange floral, paper, fruit stoes, flowers, leafs, apple cores, yeast, bark, minerals, grass, apple cores, dusty plums. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, mild vinegar, fruit stones, bark, apple cores, yeast, flowers, leafs, sour apples, sour dusty plums. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Weird.

A pretty interesting cider, with some extra plum maceration. Pretty dry, and with some light acidity. Plenty of apple of course, but the plum shines through nicely as well. Refreshing and flavourful, dangerous for the ABV.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of apple, sulpur, plum and something that reminds me of wood glue. Taste is light sweet with a long apple finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft to fizzy

Bottle, 75cl. 2018 vintage. A clear one, except for some floaties, straw colored, with some bubbles on top. Strange aroma with wood glue, apples, grass and alcohol. It's full-bodied, warming, soft and with a nice carbonation, but the flavor is too wood glue-like. Warm apples, grass, yellow plums and alcohol in the flavor. Long finish. Rather weird this one. 210502

750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2018, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 9.5%. Pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived head. Nice aroma of apples and plums. Crisp and medium dry flavour, nice fruity acidity, notes of apples and plums.

Cloudy straw blond with no head. Aroma and flavour have something herbal and earthy next to the apples which get sweet like a dessert apple in the finish.
