A true wine-beer hybrid, Posy started life with Blomidon Estate's Simon Rafuse approaching us with a portion of aromatic, leesy Ortega wine he had available. We tasted every barrel in our cellar and found its match. The resulting blend is floral, peachy and quenching, made for you to crush and/or consider.

Taster on Weathered. Appearance: murky blonde with a white head. Aroma: malty and funky. Taste: along the same lines, but with nice barrel character. Overall: pretty good one.

Almost murky. Bretty, a bit flat, light tartness. Light brett in the finish with sweet malts.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, gentle stone fruits, and oak. Flavour brings out lots of bright stone fruits upfront, with gentle citrus and wild yeast. Bright, citrusy and stone fruity. Very good.

Hazy pale blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour are peachy and floral. This one is more tart than some others but is balanced by the sweetness of the wine in the finish.
