Une blonde au caractère bien marqué, ni trop sèche, ni trop sucrée, avec de l'ampleur jusqu'à la finale. Et juste ce qu'il faut d'amertume pour qu'elle remplisse jusqu'au bout sa mission : désaltérer en réjouissant bien le palais.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. As Blond’07. Clear gold no real head. A little bit of pale malt on the aroma. A little dusty, but fine. Some hop on the finish. It’s ok I guess, not too interesting but it’s ok.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild acidic and cornish with a small white head. Acidic, butterish and cornish. Mild acidic. Ends mild bitter.

clear yellow, smooth white head. dry as a pilsener, but with a little note of spices. flavor is spicy, yellow fruity, dry, carboardy. sort of like pilsener and blond ale mixed if that makes any sense.

Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, metal, and straw, leading to a dry metallic finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Clear golden with a white head. The aroma is primarily sweet malts. Medium body, sweetish malty - almost lagerish - but with an edge of top fermenting yeast, it’s not Pilsner clean. Fairly metalic notes and a surprisingly hoppy finish. 200510
