[ As Bone Machine Backbone ].
ABV: 3.7%. Clear medium yellow amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cookie, sweet malt, toffee - caramel, hay, light earthy - damp stain - fusty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cookie, earthy - damp stain - fusty, sweet malt, caramel - toffee, yeast, apple - stone fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20200124]

Cask @ Taphouse Hull. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, berries, fruits, hops and has a light bitter finish.

Cask @ Taphouse, Hull. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 120220

Amber colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have a lightly fruity malty sweetness. Floral hop dryness in the finish. Perfectly balanced session bitter.

Cask, hand-pulled half-pint in The Pint Shop, Birmingham on 2nd Dec 2019. Off-white head on a light amber body. Malty molasses in the nose and flavour, mild hop finish with a little bitterness. Liked it.

29/11/2019. Cask at The Walnut Tree, Stowmarket. Pours pale golden amber with a lasting just off-white head. Aroma of fruit, caramel, malt, flowers and slight berry notes. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light tart edge. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.
