Bretted Mosaic American Pale Ale which began life as our core keg beer Heathen. With the addition of our house brett mothership the residual fermentable sugars have been fully fermented out, creating carbonation as well as amping up the ABV. Floral hoppy aroma balanced by an earthy brett character on the palate.

ABV: 5.0%. Murky medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, citrus, grapefruit, light sour - tart. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, tart - sour, fruity hops, citrus, grapes - grapefruit, pale malt, light floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200122]

Hazy blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of dry Brett funk. Furthermore it's quite like a saison. Light grassy.
