Combining the spiciness of rye malt and saison yeast is always a good idea. Match this with Mandarina Bavaria hops and you get a cornucopia of citrus, spice and earthy flavours

33cl bottle from the Beer52 box for September. Very middle of the road, with nothing standing out. There's some rye, some earthiness and some citrus, but nothing stands out. I didn't recognise the hops until I read the label. Disappointing.
