Mulled Wine….no, Mulled Cider….nope, you heard correct Mulled Sour. Our beery take on a Mulled Wine – A berliner style beer, brewed with mixed spice and orange peel, finished with pomegranate puree and hibiscus bringing a deep rich red colour to the beer.
Gentle mulled spices on the nose with a dry finish at the back from the mix of pomegranate and hibiscus combine perfectly to bring you Christmas in a glass.

Keg @ Alexandra Beer House, Halifax. Red with a small glow and a small head. It's a lightly soured red berry flavoured ale. It's easy enough but quite sweet for a sour style!

On tap at Piccadilly Tap, pours a cloudy dark pinkish red with a small pink head. Aroma brings out bright red berries, light lacto, and sweet berry juice. Flavour is full of tart red berries upfront, berry juice, and light lacto. Not overly deep, but the berries are nice. Solid.

Dark pink reddish colour. Aroma and flavour have a light red fruit sharpness. Nice sweet and sour elements especially the pomegranate. The winter spices are a turn off for me.
