Wetherspoon Autumn Beer Festival 2019. Cask @ Richard Oastler, Brighouse. Darker clear copper-gold with a creamy head. It’s soft textured, edging towards watery and has a fair hop-malt berry-sweet aroma, but not overstated. Neutral taste.

Cask, half-pint, autumn festival beer shared with Finn at Lord Wimborne (JDW). Off-white head to a deep red-brownish body, dotted spots on the glass. Semi-sweet smell of dried fruits. Toffee and dried fruity flavours. Bittersweet finish. Quite alright. (Poole 22.10.2019).

Delt med Rune. Rubinrød. Lavt tett skum med litt farge. Litt lacing. Bæraroma. Spor av malt. Smaken balansert. Fortsatt bærpreg. Tørr fruktig avslutning. God bitter!

20/10/2019. Cask at the Cricketers, Ipswich, last day of the 40th anniversary beer festival. Poured dark amber with a small bubbly just off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, dried fruit and light hop. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Fair.

Reddish brown colour with lasting head. It's mild and easy to drink. Quite well balanced.
