On tap at the brewery. Pours orange gold with small white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is tropical fruit, smoked malt, oak. Medium body, pineapple, melon, light smoke, nice tartness, oak, very nice.

16.9 oz corked and caged. 2018 bottle. Aroma of lacto, mango, pineapple, wood, apple cider vinegar. The smoked wheat doesn't reveal itself immediately, but it's very much there after a minute or so. Pours slightly hazy golden with a quickly collapsing head. Taste is highly sour (10/10), with smoky tropical flavors. The smoke level is anywhere from light to moderate. Awesome stuff.

500 c&c from Bottle Barn in Santa Rosa, CA. Pours light, clear copper with a slight, transient white head. Aroma is funky sour, arguably with tropicals. Med body or so. Flavor is wood, funky, sour with pineapple acidity and a light hint of smoke. Kind of complicated. Dry. Sour rather than bitter. Cascade nails another one (though it was a collab with Beachwood Blendery).

Clear yellow colour with no head. Aroma has the typical sour woody funk of Cascade. Flavour too. There's lots of complex fruit notes. Dessert apple, pineapple and caramelised peach.

On tap at Cascade, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals very subtle smoke, with lots of pineapple and a touch of mango. Flavour is dominated by the smoke, with a touch of pineapple. Quite acidic and very peaty without much harmony. Alright.
