On tap at L’Atalante, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has a strange spiciness to the hop character, with a crisp biscuity malt backbone. Flavour is cleaner and more dialed in, with a lightly spicy, citrusy, and somewhat piney hop expression, with a thin, crisp biscuity malt base. Not the most invigorating hop expression but it’s structurally good. Solid.
A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light citrus pulp, nice and ok. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light treacle and pleasant. On tap at L'Atalante.
