Clear, red copper colored, medium off white head. Aroma is of malt, some caramel, metallic, some fruity hops although quite mild. Taste is better, medium sweet malt and caramel, some toasted bread, medium- floral and fruity hops, medium bitterness, dry finish, also some metallic notes. Medium bodied, average carbonation. (can, Beermoth, Manchester)

(Can, 0.33 l - canned on 14 Feb 2017, 20170329) The beer poured brown and clear. Its head was large, nearly white and it lasted long. Aroma had caramel, malts and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were caramel, malts, saltiness, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, mildly hoppy and bitter. A decent malty brew but too thin.

Canned. Dark amber color, thick white head. Leathery, nutty, malty, husky aroma. Malty bready, rye notes, hops. Nice bitterness, malty finish. I kinda like the finish, resembles of its big brother.

Can from Cork & Cask. Clear ruby body with a thin off-white head. Low carbonation. Aroma of caramel, cigarette and fresh raspberries. Flavour of sweet red berries and tea. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. Not bad, but nowhere near Stone’s usual standard.
