Shared at home thanks to Maakun. Unclear purple red with greyish head. Soft sweet and dry apple/berry juice. Light sweet, moderate tart, oaky, I get the red wine barrel, also a liiitle cowpoopy. Bottle shared. Slight hazy deep ruby to purple with small dull purple head. Mostly elderberry on the nose. Funk apple, earthy, soft elderberries. The nose has more elderberry than the taste. Quite tannic, leathery, oak, aged red wine. Light sweet, under medium tannic bitter and light tart. Solid medium bodied, over medium dry. I quite like this, much better than earlier Kemker ciders.

Shared with HP. Smooth and fruity dry beginning. Wood is there, fruitiness. Tart elderberries, fruity woody apples. Nice, sourish fruity aftertaste, sour, intense, woody fruity tart.

Flaska från Kemker. Harvest 2019. Mörk lilaröd med rosavit krona. Mjöliga äpplen, must, fat, jordgubb, ladugård, stall. Snäll kryddighet, tanniner, lätt jordiga toner, jordkällare.
