It is a red beer with a frank hop taste: bitter and more fruity than our classic range and responding to the India Pale Ale style. When tasting, the mouth is very fruity and the finish is caramel. Hops: Colombus, Citra, Cascade, Mosaic, Simcoe.

Saveur maltée prononcée, bien que son profil sucré soit légèrement excessif à mon goût. J'aurais apprécié une touche plus marquée d'amertume pour équilibrer la palette gustative.
